01 · Scope and controller
Who this policy covers.
This privacy policy applies to the Next Site iPhone app and the Next Site pages on byelias.dev. The responsible developer and data controller is Elias Haghverdi, operating as Bonsai Media. Provider and contact details are available in the Impressum.
02 · App information
Information the app handles.
Next Site lets you enter information such as infusion-set and CGM sensor sites, rotation order, wear schedules, confirmed change history, supply quantities, low-stock thresholds, reminder preferences, and other app settings.
No device connection.Next Site does not connect to your insulin pump or CGM and does not collect readings, dosing information, or other data from those devices.
03 · Storage and processing
Local by design.
App information is stored and processed locally on your iPhone. Next Site does not provide an account or a developer-operated server for this information. The developer therefore does not receive or have access to your rotations, wear history, or inventory.
Depending on your iPhone settings, Apple may include app data in a device backup. Apple's handling of backup data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
04 · Reminders and widgets
Optional system features.
If you enable reminders, Next Site asks iOS to schedule local notifications on your device. These reminders do not require a developer-operated push-notification server. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings at any time.
Widgets display selected app information through Apple's system frameworks. Consider what may be visible on your Home Screen or Lock Screen when choosing which widgets and notification previews to use.
05 · Analytics, ads, and tracking
No advertising profile.
- Next Site does not include third-party advertising.
- Next Site does not sell your personal or app information.
- Next Site does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
- Next Site does not use third-party analytics SDKs to profile app usage.
06 · Website and contact
Information you send deliberately.
If you contact support, the developer receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, and attachments. It is used to answer your request and diagnose a reported issue.
When these public pages are visited, the hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Website request data is not connected to information stored inside Next Site.
07 · Retention, deletion, and rights
You control the app information.
On-device information remains until you edit or delete it in the app or delete the app and its local data. You can manage notifications in iOS Settings and widgets from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of personal information held by the developer. Because app information stays on your device, use the app's controls for that information. For website or correspondence requests, use the contact details inNext Site Support.
08 · Changes
If the app changes, this policy changes too.
This policy will be updated if Next Site introduces a new data practice, service provider, or feature that materially changes how information is handled. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
