Your data choices

Your data. Your call.

Gym Tracker keeps its privacy controls close to the data: in the app, on your iPhone, and in your iCloud settings.

Last updated July 15, 2026

At a glance

There is no developer account to close.

The developer does not keep a central workout profile or web copy of your training history. Manage app data on the device where it is stored and through the Apple Account used for optional iCloud sync.

01 · Access and change

Review and edit data in Gym Tracker.

Your exercises, templates, workout history, set values, notes, and preferences are visible through the relevant screens in the app. Use the available edit controls to correct or update information.

Because there is no developer-operated Gym Tracker account, there is no separate web dashboard containing a second copy of your workout history.

02 · Delete individual information

Remove items inside the app.

Use Gym Tracker's available delete controls to remove individual workouts and other entries. When iCloud sync is enabled, allow time for the deletion to sync to other supported devices. To remove all local app data, follow the steps below.

03 · Delete all local data

Delete the app, not merely offload it.

  1. 01
    Open iPhone Settings

Go to General, then iPhone Storage.

  2. 02
    Select Gym Tracker

Choose the Gym Tracker entry in the storage list.

  3. 03
    Choose Delete App

This removes the app and its local data. “Offload App” keeps documents and data, so do not use offloading when your goal is deletion.

04 · Manage iCloud data

Control the synced copy through Apple.

If iCloud sync has been enabled, use your iPhone's Apple Account and iCloud settings to disable Gym Tracker's access or manage stored app data. The exact menu labels can vary by iOS version.

Deleting the app and deleting iCloud data are separate choices.

If you want all copies removed, review both the iPhone Storage settings and the iCloud storage associated with the Apple Account used by Gym Tracker.

05 · AI services

Manage externally shared information with that provider.

If you voluntarily use a third-party AI assistant to structure a training plan, any information submitted to that service must be accessed, changed, or deleted using that provider's privacy controls. Gym Tracker cannot delete information held by a service you used independently.

06 · Support messages

Ask to remove correspondence you sent.

If you previously contacted Gym Tracker Support and want that correspondence deleted, send a request through the support page. Include enough context to identify the earlier conversation, but do not send workout data or other sensitive information unless it is necessary.

07 · Tracking choices

No advertising or tracking switch is needed.

Gym Tracker does not use third-party advertising or track activity across other companies' apps and websites. There is therefore no advertising-profile or cross-app-tracking preference to manage within Gym Tracker.
